History
Constructed in memory of Soviet soldiers who perished during World War II, the Zaisan Memorial features a circular mural and the legendary T-34 tank monument. Adjacent to the hill, you'll find a religious complex with a 15-meter high gilded Buddha statue.
This site beautifully merges Mongolia's Soviet past with its traditional Buddhist heritage. The stunning city views, framed by majestic mountains, make the Zaisan Monument a must-visit destination, both by day and night.
